I've been pretty busy this last week, I generally update this inbetween midnight and 6 a.m, however I have been working 3rd shifts a lot more lately so I have just been so busy in those time frames!
The last time we played the girls, we did a Gold Hill kingdom quest. It went pretty well, died once and said "ffffff rly" cos I wasn't getting healed but you know, I had some vault tears, and I sure as hell wasn't giving up my buff! That was really the only "hiccup" and Yogu and I rocked it. After that we (power)levelled up to 35 and called it a night!
Hopefully tonight we can get more things done, I miss spending time with my friends.

Bitter Pirates and my Time to Shine
After Yogurt and I did promotion, the Mara Pirate's Revenge kingdom quest was still recruiting. We were obviously about to get out of level range for it, so I suggested we do one, as I want to do every KQ with her up to 60. Mara started off going alright, we got a cleric in party, so I thought cool, I'm going to get to tank without any worry, right? About halfway through the kQ players are blabbering and this other fighter in the kQ who was perfectly capable of tanking as well is whining about not having a cleric or something, I don't know. So basically, two of our party members, leave. I'm with Yogurt and someone else now, and oh well, I'm no longer obligated to protect anyone else except my duo partner.
But you know what I still keep mocking because it's FUN and it's also what the class I chose is supposed to do. Not like there's any difficulty involved in this kingdom quest, only a little bit of competence. I did end up tanking most of it and it was pretty fun, I'm really glad we remembered to do this before we outlevelled it. I miss Mara kQ <3

Also got a screenshot of a bingo word <3 |

The Road to Promotion
I logged on to Yogurt powerlevelling herself in Sand Hill. I'm late to the plvl party, so I've got to catch up! Haha! After I've caught up, her and I hit level 20 together, and keep the party rockin. After my laptop freezing once, I restarted it and logged back on after about 7 minutes. Then, my laptop bluescreens! What a travesty. Restarting AGAIN, I come back and Yogu is level 23, and I've got to catch up again. We decide a good stopping point would be 24, as it'd be a good idea to do promotion. Cheating our way to 20(4)? Totally. When you've gotten a class to 20 once, it loses the novelty. When you've gotten to 20 on every class, it REALLY loses the novelty.
I gotta say, this promotion was really fun! They made it a lot easier, and perhaps I just found it fun plowing through everything. I never thought it was ever hard, but damn, they really made it easy.
I literally only used 2 hp stones, and one wasn't even necessary, I just felt like using a stone. Have a video of the semi-new, super easy promotion after the page break!

Ratmen and Boogies, you're going down.
Day two, and it's time to kill the Ratmen. They must reproduce oh so rapidly, that repeat quest goes on forever! Other than the DT Armory quest, I think it might actually be the repeat quest with the most levels associated with it. Not like that's particularly saying much, it's level 12-18! I only ended up doing Ratmen to level 15 though, then I headed over to Ruby for the Boogy repeat, and oops! Silly me, I could have been doing that since level 13, which is what I logged in at today!
I wouldn't say that not many people realize the Boogy repeat has superior experience to the Ratmen quest, but Ratmen quest is definitely more easily accessible and you get two return scrolls, as opposed to the choice of one from Ruby's Clam Chowder quest. I prefer faster levelling than to return scrolls though. Even doing something repetitive and more or less boring was enjoyable knowing the cause, to eventually have a massive amount of more fun in the future. I would recommend making little ones with your friends over and over again. The game's content really is nothing without the community, and this game has one of the worst, and one of the best. The Fiesta community really has about every "type" of player, and it's really interesting to encounter as I never have in any other MMO before. And I've trialed through a LOT of MMO's.
I've only ever made duo's with my boyfriend before, which have been beyond exuberantly fun and enjoyable, but there have also been stressful times of trying to "go go go" and reach our goal. Playing a duo with a friend has so far been a lot more laid back, and it makes me appreciate my friends so much more.

Kingdom Quests and the Counterattack of the King Slime!
Our first night playing we decided to do a slime Kingdom Quest. It's the lowest level Kingdom Quest, and kind of sets the tone for a good amount of Kingodm Quests that will follow. It takes place in a zone called "Cyclone Hill", which basically is a layered cake with platforms up and down. You kill all of the mobs on the first floor you spawn in, and once they've been cleared, you may proceed to the higher level.
It's a fairly easy KQ, as at this time it's generally veteran players leading the timed instance. It's generally a team effort, I think it was designed to try to help the newbies learn to play their characters well and right, but unfortunately it's not terribly successful in that aspect. It is however, a glorious chunk of exp for the lower levels. Even the maximum level you can join, it's still excellent experience. And it's fun. Even more fun, if you have one of your most cherished friends playing alongside you.

Level up!
Miss Yogurt and I started off in style, going straight for the kills. "Grinded" on slimes and mushrooms until level 3, then proceeded to speedy slimes. At level 5, I migrated to imps, at level 6, I went ahead and started killing fire mushrooms. When I finally got to level 8, I headed back to Roumen to sell the drops I had picked up and buy level 8 armor, shield, and sword. The aim was vital if I wanted to effectively attack the mobs I was heading to next: Little Hobs.
I prefer to grind on Little Hobs until level 10 because they're not particularly dexy, as in I don't miss often, and I also never have seen them crowded. I like an area where I can solidly kill alone. They're a very beneficial mob to my two level grinding experience. At level 10 (or was it 11.. ), I joined a King's Slime Counterattack, the very first Kingdom Quest in the game.
